料金
  • オンラインショップ購入代行：1注文あたり ¥500 または商品代金の 5% のいずれか高い方（上限 ¥2,000）
  • 荷物まとめ（同梱発送）：1個口あたり ¥800
  • 再販・在庫探索：成功報酬 10〜15%
  • イベント / 数量限定品の代行：商品代金の 20〜30%（最低 ¥2,000）
  • 上記に加え、商品代金・国内送料・国際送料・関税・決済手数料が別途かかります。
支払方法
クレジットカード（Stripe）、PayPal
支払時期
注文確定時に全額を前払いいただきます。
返品・キャンセル
購入確定後のキャンセルは原則不可です。商品が未購入の段階であれば、手数料を除き 全額返金いたします。商品の不良・誤発送があった場合は、到着後7日以内にご連絡 ください。
引渡時期
商品入荷後、検品・写真確認を経て 5営業日以内 に発送します。国際配送に要する期間は配送業者により異なります。

  • Anime Concierge — purchase assistance / proxy buying
  • Figure restock alert notifications
Fees
  • Online shop order support: ¥500 per order, or 5% of item total, whichever is higher (capped at ¥2,000).
  • Consolidation (bundling parcels): ¥800 per parcel.
  • Restock sourcing: success fee of 10–15%.
  • Event / limited-edition proxy: 20–30% of item total (minimum ¥2,000).
  • Item price, domestic shipping, international shipping, customs duties, and payment processing fees are billed separately.

Payment timing
Full payment due at the time of order confirmation.
Returns & cancellations
Cancellations are generally not accepted once a purchase has been completed on your behalf. If the item has not yet been purchased, we refund in full minus any incurred fees. For defective or incorrectly shipped items, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Delivery timing
After the item arrives at our intake address, we inspect it, share photos, and ship within 5 business days. International transit time varies by carrier.
