Pricing
Fees in JPY so you see exactly where money goes — no hidden FX markup. Final invoice converts to USD via Stripe or PayPal at the day's rate.

Payment flow
First payment
Items + service fee + domestic Japan shipping. Stripe (statement: ANIYOKO / アニ横) or PayPal.
We purchase
Once payment is confirmed we place the orders and forward parcels to our Tokyo desk.
Check & photograph
Items arrive in Tokyo. We open every box, inspect, and send photo confirmation before packing.
Second payment
Final international shipping cost (carrier price, no markup) + the Care Pack tier based on actual weight.
Pack & ship worldwide
Bubble wrap, edge protection, double-box on heavy figures. Tracking sent the same day.
Storage, cancellation & responsibility
Storage
30 days free while you finish your haul. ¥500 / week after that. Tell us if you want to wait for a pre-order — we'll hold without charge.
Cancellation
No cancellations after we've placed the purchase, unless the shop accepts the return. Pre-owned items follow the shop's condition description.
Not responsible for
Manufacturer defects, shop fulfilment errors, customs decisions, carrier delays, undervaluing requests. We'll always advocate for you, but we don't control these.
