Set in the same Quirk-powered world as My Hero Academia, this spin-off centers on Kouichi Haimawari, a college student whose modest sliding ability keeps him out of licensed hero work but draws him toward street-level vigilante activity. Teaming up with the rough-edged Knuckleduster and internet idol Pop☆Step, he tackles the spread of a dangerous drug that pushes ordinary people toward violence. It's a grounded, neighborhood-focused story that trades grand spectacle for the gritty textures of everyday urban life.
